Virtual Challenge Events
Building team cohesion & improving health & wellbeingClimb a mountain — from anywhere.
Turn your team’s everyday steps, runs and rides into a shared adventure. Ricky’s virtual challenges have your people cover the distance of a famous mountain or route at their own pace, tracked on a live map — building activity, wellbeing and team spirit, wherever everyone is.
One route. Your whole team. Any activity.
Pick a legendary route — Everest Base Camp, Kilimanjaro, the length of the Munros — and your team takes on its distance over a set window. Every walk, run, cycle, swim or gym session gets logged and moves them along a live route map, with a leaderboard to keep it fun and a finisher’s certificate at the end. Run it for individuals — everyone completes the full distance themselves — or as teams that pool their miles and compete against each other. It all runs on our digital event platform, so there’s nothing for you to build and nothing to install.
More than a step count.

Most teams launch a challenge alongside an inspirational talk — Ricky’s “Follow Your Dreams” webinar fires up sign-ups and sets the tone. Book the two as a package, or the challenge on its own. See the talks →
Private challenges are priced per event — from £950 for up to 250 people, then £3 per extra participant. Your people take part free of charge, and prices exclude VAT. Tell Ricky your team size (and whether you’d like a talk alongside it) and he’ll confirm your quote.
